(The Gear Loop) - Hoka has taken the wraps off its latest "urban explorer" shoe in the guise of the All Gender Tor Ultra Low GTX (£180), and the All Gender Tor Ultra Hi GTX (£210).

Both boots offer mass appeal and build off the blueprints set by Hoka's top-selling Tor Ultra Hi models.


New features include weather-ready Gore-Tex lining, VibramR Megagrip outsole, full-grain leather and textile upper, plus tonal updates that are bang on trend with the current monochrome movement.  

According to Hoka, the Tor Ultra has an elevated take on the classic hiker, while it has been reworked for enhanced performance and a versatile design. 

With the addition of Gore-Tex and VibramR Megagrip soles that guarantee reliable traction, this hiking boot is designed both for work on the trails and in a more everyday urban environment.
